Welcome
Everyone To FSC's 100th Posting
To
celebrate our success and to say a huge thanks to each and everyone of you
fashionable crafters for joining us each fortnight (many from the very first
challenge) we are starting this auspicious occasion with a 'Blog Hop'.
There will be prizes on offer to go along with this weeks theme which could
only be ...
'Glitz
& Glamour'
Even
though this will be our first Blog Hop lots of you will already be familiar
with the concept. If not here's how it works, click on the the name
below and Hop to the next blog and leave them a comment. You keep hopping
until you have left all the Design Team a comment.
Leaving
them a comment is important as each DT member will
be doing a draw from comments on their blog's for the chance for you to win
their fabulous inspirational make. As well as one lucky winner receiving
the €20 voucher to spend at our sponsor's store.
Below
is the name of the DT member where you will Hop to and leave your comment
(don't forget to leave one for me lol). If you get lost you can always
pop back to FSC and
start over.
We
have more news for you.
Starting
from today FSC is changing to monthly. Each challenge will now be
starting the second Sunday of the month.
So without further ado my make for this milestone challenge, which I will be sending out to one of you, randomly chosen, that leaves a comment.
For me Glitz and Glamour makes me think of Hollywood in the days when it was all just so much more glamorous. To represent this I have made a tag using one of the very first wooden stamps I ever bought, "Movie Stars" by Stampington. I have stamped in black and then cut th stamp up to look like 3 seperate old photographs colouring it with Spectrum Noir pencils.
Other stamps include film strip stamps from Carablle and lost coast, the stars and lighting strips, which I have addd pearls to to look like the bulbs, are from Artistic outpost "Picture Star"
I have stenciled the word Hollywood, using Andy Skinner's Route 66 Stencil, with Wendy Vecchi's black paste and then rubbed Pebeo gold gilding wax over it.
I hope you like it and if you would like to win it all you have to do is just leave me a comment.
I hope you will join in with us on our celebration challenge and follow our blog hop which from here starts with my talented team mate Yvonne just by clicking on her name above.
Thanks for stopping by
Love
Amanda X
